Dan began his career in real estate immediately after graduating from Naples High School. He then went on to expand his experience while he was in college by becoming a licensed real estate broker and forming 41 West Realty. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance, Dan has focused on expanding his company and providing clients with expertise and knowledge that will assist them in all of their real estate ventures.

While living in Short Hills, NJ, BJ was the co-founder of a real estate firm with 13 offices and over 300 agents. In 1991 the warm, sunny weather of Naples led BJ to Florida where he became successful in the local real estate market. Sparked by a passion for building design and development, he then gradually enhanced his real estate resume by becoming a prominent builder of fine custom homes in the luxury market west of 41.

As active investors in the Real Estate market of South West Florida, BJ and Dan  now make their own private investment portfolio of properties available to investors and for individual IRA and 401 K plans.
